If you are not satisfied with your Procaster,
you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date less
a 15% re-stocking charge. This charge is to cover our transaction
costs and also takes into account any minor damage to the
casing which usually occurs during installation.
Another reason for the re-stocking charge is
to deter unscrupulous individuals from purchasing a unit for
a function and then returning it - sorry, but we have to protect
our business.
